empower4life was founded by Sarah Davies, one of the early pioneers of menopause at work in the UK with her company, Talking Menopause created in 2017, which helped around a thousand organisations and their employees become menopause confident. Prior to that she was Business Manager to Dr Louise Newson – founder of Newson Health Menopause & Wellbeing Centre and the Balance app – helping her launch and run her first menopause clinic.
empower4life is dedicated to empowering organisations and their employees to build confidence, understanding and support across menopause and menstrual health, resulting in increased productivity, staff retention and employee satisfaction. Employer, manager and employee engagement are key to transforming workplace culture around these important and impactful health topics affecting around 50% of the population and the remainder indirectly.
The impact of menopause and menstrual health at work and home affects everyone, irrespective of age, gender, culture or role and is an inclusive topic contributing to gender equity and avoiding losing key talent.
